we have been receiving calls from this number consistently for the past month now at all hours ranging from 2:00am to 8:00am.  Always in the morning or middle of the night.  if we answer, the caller will usually immediately hang up. once we heard a long beep then the dial tone, and once a male voice said "hello" and then hung up.  this is very annoying and i feel is harassment.  i have tried to block the call through the phone company but as it is not a valid US phone number, i am unable to do so.  very frustrating.

They have called here to find out if we receive American Express payments and then they hang up.
