Got a missed call, as well.

Recieced a call yesterday 4th december from the above number 0247724004 on my mobile it rang off before I could answer it, does anyone know how I can stop these unwanted calls and texts.

Got call no one speaks and then when i dialed the line's busy for sure spam

This is a call center that is cold calling using a number you cant trace (easy to change), they send out hundreds of calls at the same times for its call centre staff to try and rip you off over PPI claims. The centre only has so many agents so when enough people answer their calls the other calls drop off, which is why you may get connected sometimes and not at others. If you don't answer the call your number goes back in the pot to be tried again at a later date. What the company is doing is ilegal as they are in breach of MOJ and ICO regulations. Your data is acquired without a genuine opt-in and the front company wont ever give you a genuine MOJ number if you ask for it (they will cut the call) sometimes the even give out the name or number of a genuine claims company to spoof info from you. They just to try and get you as a lead and sell on your information. I've sent in a full trace report to the regulator so lets see how long these scammers stay in business. A call from this number yesterday to my mobile, giving me press button options to receive a tax rebate. At which I hung up.

Rang four times then cut off, This is second time they have tried in 2 months
