    My wife has received a call from this number two days ago stating that we are eligible for $6400.00 as per the Julia Gillard's new 'Government plans program' for paying our utility bills on time.

    They gave us a reference number and said it is highly confidential.. Also asked for the bank account details.

    Not sure who and from where they called us. We tried reaching the number since then but reaches a voice mail. Please advice. Thanks...
