These people claim they are from microsoft they call and tell you that you have a trojan on your computer and they tell you to go to your computer as they are going to help you fix it this is a scam for them to access your computer e.t.c
Microsoft would not call you as it is an act of privacy e.t.c be aware of this caller

They are scams got my money and wont refund me, when I haven't even recieved my internet security from them. They rang saying they were from windows. I reported them to windows and also paypal then I got another phone call from them, they were very rude!! would not give me there ABN number and said it is illigal to give it over the phone. Please be very careful of them. They told me they have been operating for 3 years, so how many other people have been ripped off.
