Got the Same Call same amount, but because I advise I could no go to court on such sort notice, James Hall advised that he would issue a warrant for my arrest and have the police bring me to court.

Received call from Indian caller claiming I owed money to CPR GLOBAL, and the case was to go before federal magistrates court Sydney next day.  I was to call James Hall from Hall and Shane solicitors on 0280974221. This is the second call I have had from the same scammer in 2 days. They also knew who I banked with.

Same call, same details asked for $5000, looks like this is widespread scam. I'm going to pass the info onto Scam Watch.

Received call from Indian lady saying she was from magistrates court and that I had to call Raymond Wilson from Elite Solicters in Sydney 02 80035129. When I spoke to him he said that I was due to appear in the Federal Court in Sydney the next day and that I owed CPR Global $7000.00.

Received phone call (16.4.2013) from a person claiming to be a Solicitor - Raymond Williams stating he was acting on behalf of CPR Global claiming we owed them $7400.00. After hanging up on him we then received another phone call from Carol Galagher claimed she was from the New South Wales Police Fraud Squad and that we had to ring Raymond Williams back and do not hang up on him.
Phoned Williams again and he stated we could settle out of court, he could do this he said, we told him we were going to contact our Lawyer and he hung up on us.
Contacted Scam Watch 1300795995 and they have received complaints about Raymond Williams.
