I'm in Victoria and our local state number is "03"
So im guessing this number "02" is from the New South Wales (Sydney)
A man called me regarding a survey on cars on my cell phone. He already knew my name which was suprising. He asked what kind of car I drove. I told him. Then he said he will get back to me. Weird!! Suss!

Known1 - 9 Oct 2008I got the number also - googled it and found this info about it being a servey so i was prepared for him when he rang next ! He sure got a mouth full
