I had a missed call from this number.. then called back and was immediately on hold.  I just hung up.

I've had the EXACT same problem with this number too.. which is why I googled it and found this page. I'm assuming everyone is from australia.

Same here, have had about 5 missed calls, rang back and was put on hold straight away so i just hung up.
