Received a call from this number today. Interrupted my work, but I didn't answer it as I didn't recognise the number.

I have had an average of 8 calls a day from this nember and thae never answer. Today they answered the call and it is a company called Ezy Bet for betting on horses anf sport. So over this company.
They shuld be banned from telemarketing.

I got a call on my mobile number which is silent from this woman calling from 02 89993199 stating she was from WPS FInancing when i asked how she got my number she refused to state where she had got it from saying she could not reveal it due to privacy reasons yet she has just invaded my privacy and that maybe a friend or family member had referred me which is a load of crap because no-one has this number

Received call from this number, answered call but no one was on the other end.  About time the Telco's did something about these stupid people.  I used to get a call from another number previously samething, then I finally spoke to someone and asked them to remove my number from their list.  I haven't had a call in 2 months after receive a couple everyday.  Now they have started up gain.

This number and many others are an internet provided number- Charities and other  organisations use them as they are much more cost effective way of telemarketing. So it may not be the same organisation each time and they will/do change dialer numbers. It can not be called back- the call goes to an un-manned dialer. The reason why it seems they have hung up is because most are on predictive dialer- automatic, it will ring so many times before it moves to the next call. The best thing to do if you mangae to speak to someone is ask them to remove you from their call list. Registered Aus charities have access to Hme phn, Mobiles and Private numbers, they are exempt form DNC registers etc. But you can ask to be removed from their lists.

We got many phone calls from this number. It is annoying!
