    Just called Citibank Philippines call centre 02.8225.0163 to be told that
    02.9191.1653
    02.9191.1620
    belongs to a third party sub contracted by Citibank to try to extort money out of us in this GFC via insurance, something which a bank was never set up to do.
    Obviously the good folk at 02.9191 lack social skills, and should be sacked.
    Go ahead and tell the media about this, and let's end this sort of intrusio

    Speak to someone else. The represented some branch of CITI bank
    Odd name. Just said not here and hung up. 0291911653. Sounded scammy.
