This number has called me at least 20 times in the last 24 hours!

This phone number (02-94810783) keeps calling every day and when we pick up the phone no one even talks although that you can hear that there is someone at the other end of the line. I tried calling back many time, the phone keeps ringing but no answer. Thai is so annoying and disturbing at the same time.
