received a call on tuesday from this number, and the caller said I won a voucher and he asked my banking details saying he's calling from either FNB OR ABSA

I also received a call from the same number on the 27/07/2010.I think they're just the milking business. My advice to you is:- never give your banking details to strangers. How can you win a voucher which is supposed to be posted to you and enclose your details to someone. This is just total rubbish!!!

I won a voucher for five star hotels

I recieved a call from the same number on the 18 August 2010, that i have won a vaucher for R10 000 and i must pay R400 to activate the vaucher, The asked for my account number and i suggested that they give me their Account and i will do the transactions, they never came back to me.

i also received a call from this number on monday saying that i had won a holiday trip.when i told them i hadnt entered any competions. they said they got my number from the south african board of i dont know what and i was automatically entered into their competition.i kept on insisting on the fact that i hadnt entered any competitions so there must be some kind of mistake and she hung up.

i also got a call from this number saying i've won a holiday trip worth of 10000, the person was demanding my banking details and i refused to give.

I also received a call today 1 september, the guy indicated to me that I had won a all expense paid trip and I have also won R400 spending money for 2 nights at a hotel, than they asked for my banking details, thats when I realised it is a scam, always listen to the conversation before u agree to anything

I already gave my banking details..  What should I do?

Go to the bank and explain the story to them they'll deactivate it. the sooner u go there the better.

i had a call 2 yesteday from the same no. it cutted while we were talking and i was curious so i checked the number. to find that its a scam.

I also received a call today 9 september 10 from the same number & they explained to me that i've won a holiday trip worth 15000 & they demanded my banking details and physical address. but to qualify i should have an income of 2000+.

I also gt da same call 2day 10 sept 2010& I bcame suspicious when they started 2 ask 4 my banking details then i hang up. I called them again with questions 2 ask bt da Lady jst hang up. Plz let 1 of us report this ppl b4 it goes far.

The number called me to..... 3TIMES!!!! "I won"  a Holiday for 2 and 4 kids under 12 years old.

I received a call from this number on the 19/08/10. I insisted that I do not need their holiday voucher. The next day R300 was deducted from my bank account. On enquiry I was informed that it went to an account of the Atral group. What can I do to get my money?

This company is running a scam under the false pretenses of being Getaway magazine. They are running a holiday voucher scam and cheating people out of their money. And putting the Getaway brand into disrepute.

Called me today. When they asked for my bank details I refused, and they hung up at once. Clearly a scam.
