i reiceved a call from this number but whn i call it back the number is busy

i recieved a missed call from this number, when I'm returning the call it's busy for three hours,
Anybody knows which company is this?

How do these morons get you cell number?????? have they heard of the consumer protection act???????

Its a company conducting a brand survey. these people have access to your name and surname per your ID document... interesting how they get this when there's some called the CPA that's supposed to help protect the consumer.

The person on the line register the meaning of NO. So take the call only if you have time to waste.

its a call centre who I assume can only make calls and cannot receive calls hence it engaged.

I  received a call from this number and tried to phone back with no success. This is so annoying. Thanks for this information, I will definitely not waste my time responding.
