got a call from this 03-2035 3411 every month, what is this number from

i got a phone call from 03-20353411 but didn't answer, when i called back this number it said "your call cannot be completed"! who is this guy but the way and and where is he from/which company??

The most stupid caller. When we call back, they say your call cannot be completed. Let us log a police report on this number. Let the scammer sued and jailed. I'll be the first person to do so.

0320353411, 0327178000 this two numbers never stop calling me but I didn't try to pick up it. They never give up.
Everyday call me 5 times.. Thankfully I found this page.
So its time to put them in my reject list.
