HSBC Takaful plan.... telemarketer

Caller said she is from HSBC HQ in KL.  She does not want to give her I/C No. but she says her full name is Liana Mokhtar.  And she insist to give her bank ID.  She is talking so fast that I do not really know what she wants.  She even knows my office number.  She thank me for having a good track record on my bank accout.  I thought bank account are supposed to be highly private and confidential.
