Just another call from another A$$wipe trying to get me to turn on my computer and going to his site to scam my computer.  I told him he'll yes it had a virus, I put it there.  It was designed to capture the country and address of his location.  And I was not going to fix it or remove it, told him I was a rogue drone operator and after his dumb butt.  The stupid jerk hung up on me.....  Of course if I had the joystick of a drone in my hand I could only fly it to the upcoming scene of the crash.

Curious.  Have you received a notice of a Data Security Event in the last month or so?

I received a call last week that mirrors the prior comment. The caller insisted that I had a security problem; tyhat he was from windows . When I questioned was he from Microsoft, he said NO; I am from Windows.

I said you  are a FRAUD, his reply "go F___ OFF" and hung up.

I suppose there are some people who will fall into this trap of letting this guy take control of their computer or visiting his website so he can deposit spyware, viruses or malware and ruin your computer and possibly get personal information and steal their identity. I played with him for a few moments before I told him I was an IT guy and that there was nothing on my computer that he would be able to fix.

I received a call on my landline from another foreign idiot claiming to be "John"  calling from Microsoft. Here's the thing people Microsoft will NEVER EVER call you, and neither will the IRS. We went round and round as I told him what a scammer and fraud he was and he still insisted that he  already had control of my computer. But here's the thing, I don't OWN a Microsoft computer. He proceeded to tell me my address and I told him congratulations on knowing how to use Google. I keep saying "John you're full of [***]" until he hung up..smh..
Please...please don't fall for this scam.

I get 2-3 of these scrotbag scammers a month. I usually tease them along until they ask what's on my screen. Then I come up with some nasty comment before hanging up.

I received several calls from this number and no one ever answers the phone.  Yes it is very annoying. It is very hard to keep one from not wanting a telephone anymore.  Why can't they be stopped?

We have also received a number of calls from this person, claiming to be with Windows Technical Support, and claiming to have the right to monitor our computer for serious virus problems. Although he knows our address, he certainly does not know the correct name any of the computers are registered under and who ever heard of windows technical support that did not have anything to do with Microsoft. After discussion, and I told him he was a fraud, he hung up on me.
Wish this could be stopped, it is stressful for my mother.

Just got a robocall on a line I don't even have ringing.  But which IS registered with DNC.  No message.  Odd area code so I checked here and see it was just another fool.

I get one of these every few weeks.  I like to make a game of it by seeing how long I can keep them on the line pretending to fall for their scam.  Then, once they realize I'm not falling for it, I just start laughing and laughing.  It's going to make the calls stop, but it really drives them nuts.  Ahh, life's little pleasures.  :-)

Someone called me today from Windows technical support  trying to get me to give them remote access to my computer.  When I asked for the number to call he said it was an international call (which it wasn't) and it is a free service if they call me but they will charge me if I call them back.

    not falling for it
Said he was from Microsoft.   Before he ever got started I told him my computer had no problems, remove me from your list and never call again and hung up on him.  He called back and said you f****ing bit*h you hung up on me.  I said that's right, I did.  Call me again and I'll have your @$$ arrested.

Called On Thanksgiving day - These people have no shame !! @#$%^&*(. Call blockers do no good anymore because now every time they call, a computer program makes a different number come up on the caller I.D. - The only way is to start blocking whole area codes except for the ones where you need to answer.

Called, but since I didn't recognize the number and caller ID showed "Not Available", I didn't answer and never will.
