Who is behing this phone number?

This person called to tell me that he is from Microsoft and that my computer is sending out error messages. He wanted me to get on to my computer and give him info from my PC. There is no way that my PC is associated with my cell number. It's a scam!

He called me saying he was from microsoft. That my computer was sending errors and that I should install something. To me that was a sign that it was a scam. He called himself David.

This number just called me and left a voicemail of people talking and a t.v in the background. When I tried to call it back it told me it was not a valid number. How did this number get my phone number!
