I have been getting calls from this number since the 5th of september.
03 9009 xxxx seems to be a prefix for Epping Victoria. Don't know anyone in Victoria, so I've never answered the call.
If it was important, they would leave me a message.

It's a scam been calling me for the last 2 weeks, they say they are from Optus and then try to get bank details. I didn't realize at first and explained I was already with Optus so they asked if I wanted an iPad and that was when It clicked for me and I hung up. Still getting calls though.

The number is from optus. I rang optus general inquiries to confirm it and was told it was an optus telemarketer trying to offer my a deal with a tablet as my personal data usage was high. From calling the general inquires i requested to be taken off the telemarketers call list and optus then opted me out of there call cycle so i would recommend you do the same to avoid future calls.
