Yep, they've been calling me too. Last night and today twice. The first two times were hang ups, the last time they wanted to speak to the owner of the house. I told them not to call again. The lady sounded Indian to me but I could be wrong there

phone call hear in new zealand is from 00610390280020, this person has called at least 6 times in the past 2 days.We can hear the phone put down and the past two times an asian voice says goodbye.At no time does anyone else speak To me this appears to be a scam caller

I am also getting calls, I live in Nelson, NZ and the name they call me is not what is in the phone book so not sure how they have got my name. Usually they don't talk, but when I have had someone talk  I can't understand them anyway, and don't give them a chance to go in to details.

we had a asian dude ring last nite said our computer will crash if we dont turn it on,dummy me didnt know turned it on he took over the computer,said it was bad and it would cost $500 for a lifetime software to fix the computer ,i said dont have that type of money,he said $50 then but we didnt have that in our account,so he would ring back tomorrow,yes i did give bank account details because i didnt want viruses on our computer,dummy me yes,,i told my aunty she said scammers,so i canceled my accounts ,and the asian dude still rang back for money,saying he was from windows total care,i feel like a fool taken for a ride,.not any more.im on to it.

Some guy from this number just rang me saying the same stuff.  Said he was from Microsoft.  I told him I would get my husband to ring him back and then he called me a sweet sexy wife and that's when I knew the call was dodgy.  Creepy too.

Had a call last night (6th Sept. 2011) from an Indian sounding guy calling himself Johnson !!!  said he's from Microsoft and that my computer is giving out virus'.  I knew it was a hoax, had this before so I let him continue talking.  I asked for his number which he gave me and he also gave me an address (66, Albert Street, Melbourne).  I looked the address up on Google Earth/Street View - doubt Microsoft work out of there (take a look).  I finally told him is all a con/hoax to which he replied "you have a nice sweet/pretty voice"  So watch out everyone, there at it again !!

Why do they call? im from Microsoft windows he tells me. gives me an address of 66 Aklbert st South Melbourne... the south melb st is accually Albert Road? and i rang two bussinesses and both told me we dont have a 6th floor? he was trying to get me to go to www.logmein123.com... i rang microsoft and yes he is scamming to gain access to my laptop externally. this has been followed up be microsoft...
