- Erin| 2 repliesI have been getting calls on my home phone from 0399457300 at least twice a week for the past 2 months. I'm not sure who it is as they always call during business hours when I'm not home. My number is private and has only been active for about 8 months, I rarely use the home phone so haven't given it out to anyone.
- Matt replies to Erin| 1 replyI found out who this is. It's bloody Insurance Line.
- raven7370399457300 this number calls me at least 2 times a day very annoying
- The CurseRung twice in two days. It seems as though they are trying to obtain private information. Don't confirm your birthday or home address...it seems to be a scam!
- Caller: An Insurance Company (apparently!)

- Keleitha replies to MattThey have been calling me 3-4 times a week for the past 9 months. I hit the 'reject call' button. If they want to waste their money, that's fine by me :-)
- jokirt| 1 reply0399457300 has been calling 4 times a day for 2 weeks. All have gone to the answering and no message is left. I had no intentions of returning a long distance call, especially when they did not identify themseleves. I contacted my service provider and he said it was coming from Insurance Line, he gave me their toll free number 137787. I informed them that I was on "Do Not Call" register. They said that I had given permission. I said that if they had got my name from a survey they were welcome to send me an email and I would simply respond with a "no thankyou". I told them that the calls had begun to scare me and I was about to inform the police. I suggested that this taped complaint be taken to their senior officers and that something be done - not just for me but for others who were also being harassed. I said that I was sure they did not want their company to get a bad name and that my service had informed me that there were a lot of complaints about inundation of calls and not identifying themselves. Permission to call does not give them the right to terrorise -particular the elderly who are too frightened to say anything.

- Annie replies to jokirtI had the same problem. Calls on my mobile from 2 different numbers (interstate), but no message left. We were also finding calls on the home phone during the day, while everyone was at work, again no message. Nobody recognised these numbers. It got the better of me so I called one of the numbers one day to see who they were. All I got was a voice mail message with no details as to who I had called, so I hung up before the spiel finished. Later that day I received a call on my mobile which went to my messages, calling me by name and thanking me for returning their call and telling me to call again tomorrow because the office wasn't open on Mondays. They actually left a name (no company name) but I had no idea who they were. I called the same number as I had previously as I was getting both concerned that there was something wrong and also interested in the possibilty that I had been left a fortune by an unknown relative and this was a law firm trying to find me!!!! This time I left a message telling these people basically that I had no idea who they were and to identify themselves. And it was not good practice to keep calling people and not doing so or at least leave a message. I found out who they were by googling one of the phone numbers. All I can think is I am glad they don't have my work number!!! I will be baring the calls on my mobile and we don't have to answer our home phone. They should get the message. This is no way to contact people. Very sneaky and unprofessional.
- Kat replies to Si| 1 replyJust go to their website and fill in the contact form. Tell them you want removed from their database and don't want to be called again. That's what I did, they emailed me and said no problem.
- MerrillI requested printed information from this company, but they are phoning my home phone number, then hanging up.
It is becoming very annoying.
Once the printed information arrives, if ever, I will be shredding it as I now do not want to deal with this company.- Caller: Insurance Line
- bac777i made the mistake of pushing red on my foxtel remote now the calls dont stop

- kacey41I have been getting calls from 0399457300 sometimes twice a day on my mobile, and they never leave a message. Maybe I should contact A current afffair instead, so they stopp harrrassing all of us.
- Ang16I had done a survey (to win prizes) then got an insurance application form in the mail from Insurance Line asking me to sign the forms to accept an insurance policy, which was followed up by a phone call at which stage I advised them that i was not interested. Since then I get calls on my mobile a couple of times a week which i usually miss and no messages are ever left. I also get calls on the work phone, but when answered no-one is there and all you can hear is music (the kind that normally plays when put on hold). Not quite sure what the benefit of this is?? I have blocked the number on my mobile so hopefully the calls will stop there, but it is VERY ANNOYING and is clear harrassment.

- sarahi requested a quote online from insuranceline for a life insurance plan. i had a choice to either get the quote via email or posted letter. i requested letter so that my husband and i could discuss it together when we have time. since then i have had 2 phone calls which i answered, asking if they could go through the quote with me, being very pushy and wanting to sign me up for the insurance over the phone. i explained the both times why i wanted it on paper and they have been so pushy ever since and keep calling my house and mobile!!!!! i dont answer because we are still trying to decide our best options and dont want to be forced into agreeing to something so important in a quick phonecall. they are extremely persistent!
