    Its a visa /Mastercard scam they want your card info to lower the interest from 19.9% to under 6% its.. [***]  i answered for someone else and he said he had my own information  then cursed me and said he would put me in bankruptcy because I took 20 mins of his life ..its a scam just hang up...
