    I decided to talk to them.  Guy said his name was "Andre" company was "Financial Services" in Marietta Georgia.   I told him I would report them to the FCC and FTC do not call registries in which I am listed and I will.

    This sounded like a phishing scam where they tell you you will get a reduced credit card rate and of course they need your credit card numbers.  Guess what they do with those.  Best thing to do:

    1.  Hang up

    2.  File a report with FTC and FCC (look them up in google under "do not call registry")
