How can i get my prize?

There is no prize.  The caller will find some excuse to get you to give them your credit card number or your bank account number, spend all of your money, then vanish.  You'll never get anything from them.  

The scammers are probably working from a foreign country that does not take this sort of crime seriously and does not cooperate with US law enforcement.  They will not be caught.

not-Michael is right, there is no prize. In addition, if they send you a check, tell you to cash it and use Western Union to wire them cash for taxes (or whatever), don't do it because the check is fake but the cash you send them is your own real money which you will lose, and you may be prosecuted for passing a bad check.
