Yes it is avante cc company chasing up owed dollars or yoyos, they are based in Sligo, Ireland

How do i stop this number from Cold Calling me?

Rather depends on where you live and the source of the calls. Debt collection calls regarding Avante are faintly suggested in this thread, which in my records points to Southwest Credit Systems in Houston, Texas. North Americans have a right to limit or ban third party collection calls. Material on US federal law is linked below. Bear in mind this number is not compliant with the North American Numbering Plan, which is to say it could be a spoof of darn near anything until more comments arrive.

Yes.....its MBNA or someone on their behalf....almost certainly calling about some unpaid credit card.

Not sure you understand this site, Joan.  This is a user driven forum regarding unknown callers.  You can "check the number" by googling it.  The users of this forum have only the tools you have to check these things.  Google returned several results saying it is a call out of Houston Texas.
