constant phone calls from this number and always busy when i call them back.. any ideas who this is.?

Yes apparently it is a QLD number of some sorts, i've tried calling the number several times and no answer.

I have seen on other forums they ask for peoples partners etc, they appar to be rude and just hang up.

Ive also been getting alot of those crappy telemarketer calls and just hung up.
It looks like there has been a list of phone numbers that have been sold to online companies such as a spam kind of thing, unfortunately it seems our numbers are on those lists.

I will see what other info I can find out and I will post back here.

Getting bloody annoying if you ask me,

I'm over this number calling me it been calling me a lot when my phones off or when I'm going something but when I call it back the daily just rings out and I know its a Qld number...

same here about 6 times a day

We are receiving calls from this number daily and it always disconnects when I answer the phone. Same result as Kjones above when I call it back. We are based in Auckland and our phone service is provided by 'ToTalk' which uses 'voice-over IP' technology.

This number calling my mobile daily, usually stops before I answer my phone, after finding this website, have no intention of answering.

I have had a few calls from this number also, and same as above they hang up as soon as I answer or there is silence. I have also tried calling the number and it just rings. I am in Auckland NZ and they are calling my home landline. Also had a call from a NZ number about 5am this morning, hang up as soon as I picked up and when I have tried calling back get an automated message saying my call cannot proceed at this time (+6498802314). My suspicious mind says they are trying to find out if you are at home or away...

Getting miss call since one week no answering....

Who is this [***]!!! I am waiting to hear about work and this idiot keeps ringing me and then I have to drive to a phone box to see if it is a potential job and no answer. Glad you others have had your say, as at least now I know I don't have to bother wasting petrol to drive 15kms to the phone box. I wish the moron would ring and talk just so I could go right off my head at the curry-munching moron.

I got a call from this number trying to get my address so they could send me info on government rebate money available for children in education.  I suspected it was a scam and told them I would access the info on the internet.  Then i hung up..... I dont suspect they will call back.  
PS: There is no info online about government rebate money.  Surprise Surprise!!!

I got a few missed calls and called back and it rings twice n then some American answerphone comes on! FedUp.com!!!!
