Rings and hangs up about 5 seconds after I answer.

Rings constantly, never speaks, what the hell?? who is this? when i call back it says "calls to this area are congested"

Very annoying. Get a call every couple of days. When you call back it is a recorded message trying to sell you something. I've told them to remove my number, but I still get calls.

i get these calls as well usually 6.30pm on home phone,all day on my mobile.Telstra don't know what it is and said they  could remove it from my mobile and said it would just ring out which it does and i don't hear it, but when i go to use the phone i have about 6 unanswered calls.One of the providers must know who or what it is.I have had these at 2am as well.

almost as above, this number calls and as soon as I answere there is silence as if the caller listens and then the line drops after 3 seconds, WHAT THE !!!

Rings all the time and when I answer they just hang up!! When I try to return the call it comes up as engaged.  I am so sick of it!!

I just got a call from this number, and i has the weirdest conversation...

Caller: hello, i am from ___________ (i didnt catch their name). I am running a survey
Me: pardon??
Caller: is your room insulated?
Me: excuse me??
Caller: *hangs up*
