who is this caller?

Got a call from this number unable to cb

This number keeps calling me....but when i try and call back, my phone says...call is unable to connect!! I have no idea who it is or what they want and i have never seen this number apart from the last 2 days. They have tried calling me 4 times!!!

I've missed 10 calls from this number over the past month. I normally just let it go to voicemail but they never leave a message. I accidently picked up the call the other day, and the woman asked for me by name, but I just hung up ha, sounded long distance and spammy!!

I got a call from them too.. some survey group telling me I was interested in Elmo.. wth?

I got 2 phone calls from them in the last couple days and a few before then that I never answered, someone had answered a call from them from my phone and they told him I'll ring back - I tried and it said unable to connect, they also rung again and I answered to which the hg up on me VEY WEIRD

I got a call from this number, and they said that i was picked out to win some elmo learning activity. They asked for my credit card details but i declined to hand them over. Its a scam i think.

Rung me again tonight, I decided to answer and no one was there so I had a go at them!! Anyone have any idea on how they got our details - Phone numbers, names ect?........

Suddenly this number has cropped up, calling me repeatedly, Same expereince as others, when called back, message says you cant connect now. Most annoying. This blog doesnt really give suggestion on who these Weirdos are and how to get rid of them

Yea this number calls me a couple of times a day....i don't answer and they don't leave a message. When I call back it's a message saying "thanks for calling IMP your call is important to us, please leave your details and we'll get back to you" If it was that important you'd think they'd leave a message

the first time I answered it, and there wasn't anyone there....so now I don't answer at all yet they still don't leave a message on my voice mail

my friend just texted me to look up on google for who owns this number! I was expecting a company but saw this page and got abit worried! lol hmmm??

I got a call from this number tonight, saying as a thank you for filling in a survey, I would be receiving a gift worth $140 - craft cards, but I would have to pay for the shipping.
They did have my name and address correct, but very wary of people wanting my credit card number over the phone, so said I don't have  any credit cards, I only use cheques, they said I couldn't use a cheque for payment, then said someone will be in touch for the payment.
When I googled the number it is from imponline, the caller said they were from IMP, cannot speak proper english, tell them nothing!!!

Have you filed out a survey thing? One of the questions is "do you have kids?" And then "do your kids like Elmo?"
