Some indian woman called up, claiming that she is from Microsoft and that my computer has been hacked and she will show me how to fix it. I asked her for verification that she is from Microsoft. She gave me this number to call. So did some research about this number and it seems like it was all a scam. Don't give them any details without asking from verifications!

Same thing happened to  me yesterday only it was a guy who said I could verify him on that number and a woman answered and handed me back to him!

I clicked on an add on the side of videodrak, it asked me something with a yes or no answer.  I clicked no, but, it still brought up a virus thing from apparently microsoft live and this phone no. I had to end program to be able to use my comp. I did a virus scan and it was all clean. These people rang me tonight and the only way they could verify who they were was if I went on my comp. and gave them remote access (which I did not do).
