I keep getting missed calls from this number 0872853534 and when i call the number it is always busy!!!

This is frustrating to no end!!!

You do realize the number is most likely overseas (since no number in the U.S. starts with 0) and that you're most likely getting charged by calling it back (due to the fact it is is probably an international call) correct?

Got a call from this number and when I answer there was a lot of people talking and papers in the background and then the call was stopped. when I called back, the number was busy or error in connection.

this is really very frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!
