someone with a strong accent just called me from this number, said they were calling from Bell Canada.  they said I qualified for a free phone they would send it to me in 5 - 7 days.  I asked again who was sending me this phone and he said Bell Canada.  It told him I already had a cell phone, didn't need another one.  He said someone illegible and then I heard nothing, no click of the phone being hung up, he didn't say another else, nothing.
