called twice in 10 minutes. no answer both times

Two calls with short rings around 3am and 3:20am. Called again at 2:46pm. Suspicious of someone trying to re-route phone calls for fraudulent activity.

Having received a call from "Rachel" of "Card Services" regarding credit card rate-lowering; I stayed on the line to talk to a live person since this was the second call in two days.  "Unnamed" came on the line speaking with a distinctive Indian accent with clipped English phrasing.  When I asked what company "Card Services" was affiliated with, he said that "Card Services" was "The Higher Authority."  Before I could express my amazement at finally having the opportunity to speak directly to God, he explained that they furnished cards to the banks!  He asked what cards I was inquiring about, I told him that I didn't have any cards and was therefore curious why they'd called me in the first place.  Having wasted some of his time and therefore having been deprived of some of his commission, he politely and silently hung up.

Received a call from this # about 2:18pm. This is a Saturday. Credit card services about lowering my interest rates. When is somebody going to put these [***] in jail?

Calls at all hours and weekends.

1400H an obvious phishing call from Asia woman who has hard time speaking English=scam!!!!! Wanted personal information----none given.

called - no message  - just looked strange on my phone so did not answer

For what its worth, there IS NO 118 area code.
All area codes begin with 2 thru 9. A 1xx code
could not be distiguished by the switch from
the 1 used to initiate a long distance call.

Any caller ID number with a 1xx area code should
be ignored s1nce it was obviously faked by the
caller!

These numbnut just began to call today, call back autobusy I can see they will become like a bothersome fly.

When I asked him 'who do you work for?', he starting getting irate and saying he was trying to lower my interest rate since I had made all my payments on time for the last six months (I have no credit card debt).  I asked again 'who do you work for, which bank?'  He said I work for 'Card Services' and I want to help you.  I need your SSN to proceed.  I hung up.  Don't fall for it, they are trying to rip you off in one way or another.

Just got a call from them.  Did not leave a message.

first call from this number.  picked-up, hung-up to stop full 5 intermittent rings.

Caller ID shows 1-181-119-999. Too weird to answer.

Received call at 10:30 CST 10/9/09, no one on the other end

Calls @ 5 times in a row.

This is the second call I've had from this outfit this month. They both hung up on me when I asked too many questions. A recording told me that my credit card account was paid up to date and that I had been selected to get a special rate and to press "9". Brad" came on the phone with an Indian accent and repeated the offer, adding that he was with the "Visa Mastercard Services Company" and had my credit records in front of him, but first he wanted me to verify my telephone number. I reminded him that he had called me, whereupon he said he need it for the recording (no permission or notification had been given). I asked for a number to call him back and he said he wasn't allowed to give me a number until he had confirmed certain information about me, such as my telephone number. He said he was calling from Orlando Florida. At one point he admitted that he had used an autodialer to reach me, but continued to insist he had my credit records in front of him. When I asked him what my name was he hung up.

Get calls from this number all the time. This last time there was no answer. Can't call back. Is there a number to get removed from this???

Just received at call at 2;00 P.M......NUMBER LOOKED REALLY WEIRD SO DIDN'T PICK UP.
