    Caller ID displayed 0-119-039-0843, apparently an international number.

    A male voice left a long message. However, the loud static of "white noise" made it impossible to tell what language he was speaking, much less what he was saying.

    another number connected to the Microsoft scam.  When I told the guy the call was being traced he tried to talk about my lady parts in a vulgar manner.  Not even good at it.  I laughed at him.

    bottom line was microsoft's fault when they announced not to support the user, that gave scammers coming in and offeriing help.

    12/07/16 12:50 PST  Caller ID showed invalid area code and prefix , ID was unknown.  Wouldn't have answered on a bet and of course there was no message left.  Won't waste a space on my block list.
