Yep-answered and they hung up...I think they are one of these places that want you to call back so they can charge a fortune!

Just had a call from this number.  I did not answer. I have had over the last couple of weeks various calls from numbers like this one.

Where do these people get your number and if they are scams why can't these networks block them!!

I have not a clue who these calls are from but my motto is! If they don't leave a message it wasn't important.  I bet these people are looking at what we write on here!!

Blocked it.. It initially rang for a few seconds before ringing off quickly just enough to make me think 'Who was that?'
The idea is to make you ring them back so they can charge you or something else equally suspicious. Block this number.

Got call answered it as editing for international call but hung up when I answered

After doing a little research the number 119-574-8396 shows up as International dialling code for Cuba (119) and a mobile number (5). So I guess its a scam as to ring a mobile number in Cuba is "Costara Mucho"!!!!

Im blocking the number as they keep ringing when you answer they hang up, dont ring the number back as it some kind of scam

I had a call from this number last night on my work phone. As it was after hours (and I thought I had turned my phone off) I didn't answer and they didn't leave any message. They haven't tried since. As my work phone isn't a number I give to anyone, they're clearly cold-calling.

Too many of these types of calls, surely network operators do not condone cold callers and ought to be made to block them and report communications misuse to the respective governments. I get lots of 0843 calls in the UK clearly touting for business and/or chugging. SOMEONE PLEASE STOP THEM. Meanwhile take note callers, you have been blocked!

same number rang, but i now check all numbers I dont know on line, and its amazing how many numbers are some sort of con!! So you guys stopped me from ringing back.
