    caller said he was from Microsoft and wanted to get into my computer to do a checkup and to "fix" problems.  I asked his name and he said he was Henry Braun, and his phone number was 213 264 719 (only 3 numbers, not 4) and yet the number 121 270 0004 showed on caller ID, and that he was from Microsoft in California (I asked).
