Very annoying - how do you stop these calls?

they continue to call even though I do not aanswer

They called me over a speeding ticket even though I'm 14

He called me and used a bunch of sound board noises

This person used voice overages on me and dogs were in the back ground and this person said "I'm gone get my dogs on you!"

Someone called me and sounded like a female voice saying " You have 7 days" and hung up

he called me asking for my adress

I hope you didn't give it to him.

The caller is a female and states that " your dog your is in my yard maam" and  repeats "Maam your dog is in my yard". I can hear dogs barking in the background.

I got burping noises and weird music
