    Received call from 1214995969, when answered long pause then some recorded message says "Goodbye". Strange number not sure where it originates from. Any ideas?

    they tried to get access to your computer to steel your address book addresses and account info  and they called themslves "Microsoft technician"  Be carefull!!!!

    They have called me several times, caller ID usually says Private Name Private Number. This time it showed the 121-499-5969. I answered and said Hello three times and they hung up.
    This morning they/she/it called also, told them I have a relative who works at Microsoft and he asked to speak to him. LOL Sooo I asked, "you don't know Microsoft is in Redmond WA?" He mumbled something in broken English and hung up.
