I don't know who is calling.  when I answer the phone they hang up on me.  My phone is listed with the do not call list.

I also received several calls from this number today, and when I answered the call was ended. I could not call the number back, because it apparently "doesn't exist". I am doing a lot of online research trying to figure this out. If I do, I'll let you know.

i also did get this call, and they answered me and they said i got 20 bucks on gift card or something, i hang out cuz i dont want any trouble

They said I had a twenty dollar gift card coming in the mail.  I stayed on the phone and probed to man I spoke to.  He didn't want to tell me what company he worked for.  When I told him I wanted no part in his scam he began threatening me saying he had my debit card and would charge me $90.00 if i did not cooperate with him.  I said If you have my debit card then read my debit card number back to me.  He replied " Listen...Listen...Don't get smart with me!" He became upset and ended the call when I would not cooperate.  This is obviously some kind of phishing scam.  The reason no one answers for some people is b/c the calls are dialed by a computer.

repeatedly seeing this number on my caller id, do not answer.

just got a call from 123-400-0009 told the man that the person he wanted to talk to wasn't here. he wanted a cell phone number and i wouldn't give him one. he said that it was important that he talk to this person. i just told him that i didn't know when she would be home. my family and i want no contact with the person that called here and further more my number is unlisted. would like to know how they got this number.

I had a company with this number call me and told me about vouchers both gas and grocery. there was
an east indian guy talking to me and he had my card number already I had cancelled this out already but the information remained in there system I will be calling a sister company tomorrow and report abuse and harassement and unwanted solicitation for these vouchers and trying to get me to but magazines from them again which I did not want in the first place.
