    female with a deep Indian accent running the old Microsoft cyber-tech scam.  Claimed they had monitored my parents computer with malicious downloads and if I went to this certain site that they would clean my parents computer.  Kept saying "Hello?" when I wouldn't answer.  When I mentioned that I was a deputy sheriff and that I'd like her phone number so my cyber crime detectives could start a case against them for their scam the phone line suddenly went dead?  How strange?
