I work 3rd shift, home about 9am. I stay up on computer reading news, email, etc. for about 2 hours. I'm sure this is a collections agency, and have answered and gave them a hello and 3 seconds to respond a few times. They called 14 times in 2 hours. It is so bad that we keep our phone off the hook most of the time because one of our household is sleeping at most times.
