they called me telling me that my computer had very harmful viruses for microsoft and the internet and then told me not to get my computer fixed because they weren't "microsoft certified" and to buy their iffy product through paypal. that same product would probably give me a lot more viruses. I don't know that company and I don't know why I wasted so much time talking to them on the phone. I didn't find them on google. they were a scam. they sounded like they had an indian accent.

At 365 PC Support, we always take our Customer feedbacks very seriously, as they help us to rectify our mistakes and provide better delivery to our valued customers. During the course of our interaction with our prospective customers, there maybe certain occassions where some of them may feel offended, and we extend our sincere apologies for the same.

However, we would like to lay emphasis on the fact that 365 PC Support has never tried to sell any product. We simply provide Remote Support Services to our customers, and in no way can do any harm to their computers. Our approach towards any customer has been a simple enquiry where we ask if they are facing some problems with their computers, and if so, it might be because of unwanted files, and we can sort out things for them.

They also just called me saying that my Windows operating system is downloading lots of things from the internet, they were adamant that it was doing it. They also claimed to be based in Edinburgh, when I asked the operator specific questions it was clear that they were not based there or even in this country. After listening to complete crap from the operator for a while I informed him that there are only macs using the internet here so I started questioning him more and he got angry saying 'well if you don't want to buy our service you just have to say' and then put the phone down.

    Nob-heads.

Don't fall for it, either hang up or string them along if you fancy wasting their time for a bit.
