This number has called me twice this morning, once about 8:10am PST then again at 9:50 am. No message left. The caller id says Michigan Call.

This is some outfit that say they're from Microsoft and want to clean your computer from some  malicious software.  I told the guy that I had to start the computer, and it was "really really slow in booting up" and I had the jerk on the phone for over 19 minutes..... he kept saying "I can't believe it's taking this long" and finally  I said "I know, and I can't believe you're from Microsoft, [***]", laughed and hung up.  I then proceeded to call-block him.  

These scammers called me up to fix my "micro-soaft" computer. Claimed that it had to be running windows even though it's running FreeBSD. Argumentative and harassing. COMPLETE SCAM. HANGUP NOW.
