I m receiving so many calls from this number, saying they r calling from income tax department " want to speak to mr----- my father" they talk Very harshly.

Sounds like a typical "IRS back tax/penalties" scam.  The IRS does not cold-call you , even if you do owe money.  They mail a letter asking for payment or to set up payment arrangements.  Report your caller to the real IRS at www.irs.gov.  Let your callers know you've reported them and that you know they're scammers.  Do NOT pay them.
