Just screaming..could not understand

Had several hangups listed on the phone when I got home from work.  They called again tonight and I spoke to someone who wanted to sell me windows.  I declined and hung up.  Forgot to tell him that I am on the "no call" list.

Wanted to sell me siding.  Asked why they were calling me when I'm on the "Do Not Call List" and hung up.

Called at 11:00 AM on Monday, 03-25-13When we answered, a woman asked if this was Mr. & Mrs. (our real name) after we said yes, they just hung up.

Is there even an area code 180 in the USA?
Got a call but I did not answer as I figure it is a scam.

Called, said he was from Windows, could I give him my login? Technical issue
I said buddy I don't have a computer(which isn't true- ) and he hung up.

I receive this call at least twice a day. Discussing!
