Trying to sell Long Distance service. Believe they said their company is called Star Tac?

when I asked who was calling they hung up.

Got the call, heard what sounded like a coffee break, room full of people, I asked "Hello?" no answer. I hung up. ?? I dont get it.

Just got a call at 7:45 pm, it was an Indian trying to sell long distance by asking if I was the owner of this phone. He said his name was Neel or Anil something with an Eeel sound.

Also got call around 7:45 pm. No answer though, and caller id says "unknown". Probably just a telemarketer.

Received a call around 3.00pm, It was an Indian said his name is Akhil. He was very rude. When asked about the details he said he dont want to talk to me,but to my husband about a serious matter. Irritating....

i got a call from this number as well today at 4:56 and he was an indian man and he started to hit on me and ask me for my house number or cell number and telling me that we should see each other soon, he was creepy!!!!!!! DONT PICK UP THIS NUMBER!!!!

this phone number called me and I found out they are from Star Tec.

Received a call mid-October 2008 approx 6:30pm.  Selling long-distance.  I asked to be removed from phone list.  Guy said he could do it but only if I answered some questions first such as whether I had long-distance service.  I persisted in this circular argument for about 3 minutes and I finally said 'remove me from your list' and hung up, but I could still hear him talking as I hung up.  

Got another call tonight (Oct 23 2008), 6:26pm.  Same people selling long-distance.  Asked them to remove my number and hung up.

180-094-9993 calls are coming and disturbing the privacy a lot also couldn't find out the callers so I spoke with my vendor to trace out the call In the mean while I am reporting here so if you could do some thing then kill the guys who is holding the number 180-094-9993

Got a call from this number and the guy who was on the other side of the phone asked if I started getting my bills from Star Tech or something that sounded like that and when I asked "What" in an angry voice, he started to talk in an Indian language ..... feel sorry for such people who sit by the phone and dial random numbers

I got a call from this number today at10:43, I picked up the call and response for about 1 1/2 minutes, looks like other side caller is listening to the voice. finally hung up.

got a call from these people. I did not answer because it said unknown name on my caller id. on my answering machine i heard somebody mutter something in spanish, and then they hung up.

i got a call from same number selling long dist. Immediately on picking phone I asked to put in do not call list

How nice so many of your correspondents identify the callers by their nationality.I have yet to hear about a Czech or a Pakistani or Burmese voice.It appears in the minds of the people posting here every voice is an Indian voice.Wake your prejudice and stereotyping is showing.

get a call from 180-094-9993 so many times from this number around 5:15 in the evening. its so annoying, i heard the indian dudes voice yesterday and he wouldnt even respond. picked it up today in hopes of berating these imbeciles but no response.
