This call came in at dinner time. 6:00 pm.
Appears to be from a number on Skype perhaps from a foreign country. Almost unintelligible, the caller could barely speak english. Did not identify themselves, but began to ask questions. Asked if we were customers of Bell Canada, so we assume its for phone services. When challenged, the caller hung up.

Call came in at 8:30 pm. When answered there was just dead air so I hung up.
