Call a call from this number. Some man with a foreign accent said he was from Micrsoft and was calling back about a problem with my computer. Wanted my computer info such as passwords and credit card info due to the "large problems and length of time to fix it". After telling him my son would look at it, he became very angry and couldn't understand the language he was speaking. Hung up on him. ID came up Elizabeth Cibrian.

I just got a call from this number - also came up as Elizabeth Cibrian - ignored it.

Man with a terrible accent called. Said he was from Microsoft about a problem with my computer . So I asked him what kind of computer I used, all he could say was WINDOWS...  I run ubuntu

Got a call at 6:45 am from this number. Some man with a foreign accent, couldn't inderstand him.   Caller ID showed Elizabeth Cibrian or something like that.

Geytting calls and hang-ups from this number

I keep getting calls and hang-ups from this number. I have no idea who it is.

Whoever it is calls early in the morning and does not leave message.  The call says "Name Unavailable."

Get constant harassing phone calls from this number, but it appears on caller ID as 95 443-2485. All about my computer being invaded by virus'. Is there a way to block a call from this number ?

This caller has been reported to the local police and they are obtaining enough information to bring criminal charges.  Want caller to stay on the line because my calls are being recorded.

Guy called a few weeks ago. I told him I was going to report his number. Called again today, my husband told him the same thing.

Received call at 7:10am today and the only message left was "Hello" in a women's voice.  Caller id had name of Elizabeth Cibrian.  FYI for everyone......I received a message from "iOS" saying my system crashed,  this was on my laptop.  It gave an 800 number which I called and told me to wait for next agent then played music.  I called Apple support and they said it was a scam they want money but would not invade or place a virus on computer.  Apple does not have pop up adds.

Everyday I get a call from this number.  On the answering service I hear a man with a foreign accent.  I want to block call but can't because I don't have the area code.

Senario as above: guy gives his name then immediately we ask to have our phone number removed from his list. We told him we won't be answering the calls any more. To that he replied: then we will keep calling and calling and calling...  I then hung up.

Calls everyday, doesn't say anything, then hangs up.

Call came in as "out of area" about 7:46am. Did not answer. Caller did not leave message. Call showed up as 95-443-2485.

Have gotten several calls from this number, Elzabeth Cibrian is the id name, no message left, last call  received  from this number was that of a man saying hello several times , area code is from Japan apparently..crank call do not answer.

I, also, receive calls from this number. 95-443-2485. They have withheld the #1. This is a new number, as they must have had too many irate people. I answered yesterday and actually yelled at the Indian sounding man, Don't call me!!! He would talk, I repeated this three times. I hung up. Tonight again I got a call. This time was another man. I told him they are a scam, and to stop calling me. I said I have reported them, and they will be caught!!! He said good bye, I didn't respond, and he said it two more times! By now I'm chuckling. Then he said well I hope you don't have a computer, and said something is his native language. I can only imagine what he said!! I'll continue to scream!!! lol

Keep getting calls from 95-443-2485.  How do I stop these calls?  From reading the posts, I know it's a scam, but still very annoying.

Ever try not answering the phone in any way? That brought me luck eventually after being slammed with junk calls on a daily basis. Maybe see if a call blocker would help you out or a blocking app.

1) Get yourself on the US Government's "Do Not Call" list. It doesn't stop the most aggressive telemarketers, but it's a start.  2) I also installed a gadget (it is at As Seen on TV. Com) which kicks in when telemarketers (only calls from other computers, hence telemarketers' computers, calling thousands of numbers, hoping someone like you will answer) call.  It will give the telemarketer search computer a tone telling it your phone is out of service.  The telemarketer computer will then take you from their list of calls.  Which in turn, takes you off of other marketing call lists.  If your phone number is not in service, they won't call it.  Get it?  Oh, and you can set the device to kick in after the first ring.  So if you get 2 rings, it really is a relative you have not heard from in ages, not a telemarketer.  The device is easy to find online, I don't want to post the name because I will be advertising it (I did post a website where I bought mine), which is a no-no.  But it is less than $20.00.  One month after installing it (which was so easy to install I actually laughed) my telemarketing calls were reduced from 2 a day to none.  None!  3) My third bit of advice...if you do not have caller ID-get it!  It's past 2010, and time you give in to protect yourself, for Heaven's sake.  Then if you do not recognize the caller's number-don't answer!  If it really is someone wanting to tell you your spouse has been in an accident, they will leave a message.  Answer one time, just one time...and the same telemarketer will call for the next 6 months, sell your number to other telemarketers, and you problem will be worse than you ever thought it was before.  Honestly, they will.  All the best, and happy incoming calls from no telemarketers, folks!
