Heres a number of which is not even a valid area code showing up on my CID.

Nonetheless, the area code goes into my Call Blocker.  " Out of Area " is auto-blocked by the Call Blocker as a standard feature in the unit.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  He uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

As a licensed attorney, Accuardi is subject to oversight by the Oregon State Bar Association.  According to official documents from State investigators, Accuardi "... is responsible for a large percentage of the illegal telephone calls made using Pacific Telecom’s telephone numbers."
