    If there is ANYONE out there can will help me I will so much appreciate it.  I started receiving prank obscene calls at all hours from this number in Oct 2006.  I filed a police report in Dec 2006, contacted my phone company Annoyance Call Center, and no one can track this.  I guess it has to do with maybe voiceovernet or skype, but I'm totally ignorant of that stuff.  I don't want to get an unlisted phone number, I've had this number for a long time.  I don't want to turn off my phone at night, I have sick and elderly loved ones.  I don't know who this is, but I want them caught.  It has stopped a few times, but recorded porno tapes are played on my answering machine almost nightly, often 5 times in a night.  Does anyone know how to find out more about this?  Can you explain this process to me? Thanks all, your knowledge is invaluable to me.

    I got a call from this number...I didn't know who it was and didn't answer the call.  Turns out it was a friend who was working in a remote location (in Alaska) and either called on a phone card or with a satellite phone.  I will find out more when I talk to that friend....

    Hey! Thanks! It's strange that you say Alaska.  The original phone calls last year came from a number in Alaska that was a non-profit peace organization.  When the number was called back (A (908) #) it genuinely was that non-profit company, and I thought the prankster was using voiceover internet.  You know...  where someone these days can make it look like the White House is calling you, imputting any phone number on the computer dialing.  Yes, ANYTHING you can find out for me is VERY helpful.  THANK YOU for taking the time to respond!

    I just received a call from 200-000-0000. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. In addition, I've heard of so many scams. My friend called from a different number & revealed he had called using a calling card. He asked what numbered showed up on my caller I'd. The number was 200-000-0000. Just thought I'd share this.

    Just got the call right now around 3:25pm AKST.  Got the call yesterday as well.  Not sure what the number is, so I don't answer it.  This is only the second time.  I am in Anchorage, AK.

    Weird, so not gonna answer it.  Google search brought me here.

    i live in a small town in texas and JUST got a call from this number
    @10:40am CST

    Never have seen such an odd number so i didnt' answer it, but i googled it and got here.

    you just never know what can happen these days when you answer a phone
    some computer can steal your codes to your phone, or other personal information.

    I think i would be releived to know that it was just a soliciter or bill collector.

    **PLEASR RESPOND** You are the first other person to say you live in Florida.  Do you live in Jacksonville?  I haven't been getting freaky calls anymore, just hang-ups.  Just trying to narrow down if this is anyone we both know.  I think it may have to do with calling on the internet with Skype, because phone numbers come up with a lot of zeros.

    I'm in Southern California and got a barrage of calls around 5pm today. ID showed the 200-000-0000 then several from 52-200-124-7535. That's a Mexico country code. Then got a bunch from a blocked ID.

    I get the same story from ATT. I'd have to change my cell number, which I've had for 12 years!!

    I just got a call from this number, but didn't answer.  Then I got an email from a friend of ours who is working outside of the country (oil production site) and he had just tried to call.  He was using a calling card.  I think this is how you are receiving the untrackable phone calls - seems like there should be some way to run these types of calls down, though.  I agree with the previous commments.  You shouldn't have to change your number, turn off your phone, etc to get away from the freaks.  It's like locking yourself in a cage and letting the criminals run free ~!!!!
