keep getting these calls, no message, can not call it

Received a call from this number.  After reading the posts, I have added it to selective call blocking - just dial *60 and follow instructions.

This is AR National Services. I assume a debt collector.

Got a call from this number today - called it back from a truncated line & it is a financial service. Considering the reckage of my past, I assume it must be a debt collector.

got a call from this number, I answered, but no one  responsed!!!! How can I tell them they have the wrong number? The owner of this number died Dec 09. I kept the number in their name and NEVER give it to anyone as my own!

I keep getting these Harassing phone calls... From this number and all they do is hang up...

Received a call from 201-210-5436, they did not leave a voice message, nor did I call them, it must be a spam, I do not know anyone that live in New Jersey...

The things I could do is I had ir knowledge lol

This company calls for people not at my house.  Refuse to talk and had to call back to see who was calling.  Identified as being from "Vision"

Talk about a crazy company this vision. They had been calling my work cell for about two months. I have had this same number now for 8 years, Every time I answered it sounded like a fax but without any real noise or anyone talking. I tried calling back one time and got no one but today was my day. I finally got someone to talk too. Of course I was pretty fired up since this had been going on for some time now so I wanted to know what this was about. They kept telling me they were looking for some guy that I had no clue who he was. I wanted to know more but I was not getting anything from them to what this is. Now I was pissed but what got me was how the agent started to talk to me in such a disrespectful manner and hung up on me after calling me something. Now I was no saint on the phone but there are limits to how you talk to people. I called back to talk to another agent to make sure they understood I wanted to be removed from the list and make sure they understood that talking to me in this matter was not acceptable but again there this agent blew me Wright off and hung up. So now fired up like I was I called back in to talk to someone else or get an address to mail a letter or something about this. It makes no sense that they were calling my phone for 2 months and I’m the bad guy now. I wanted To make sure someone looks into the way they talk to people. So a new person answers and again there this person claims to be a supervisor now which was bull. I wanted to get info to who I was dealing with as a company and were I could mail a letter of discontent with them. She proceeded to bully me on the phone and tell me that is was none of my concerns and to stop calling and assured me that my number was removed. What a company, what great employees to talk to people this way. Let’s see what happens now.

Comments:Emails complaining of ARS collectors calling employers, making threats of wage garnishment. Typical collectors making threats, always hit them hard with validation notices.

Keep calling but hang up when we answer,they never leave message either!

Keep getting calls from this number and many others for people who had my phone # before I.  Found out telling them, I was not them & I got my number in January a year ago, made no difference to them.  Think all of these collectors just use different numbers.  However, they have slowed up for awile after I came up with this idea.  When I answer the phone...Hello...waited a few seconds for them to respond (then I knew it was a debt collector or telemarket co) they would start to say something & I cut them off by say...BEFORE YOU SAY ANOTHER WORD, I AM TELLING YOU THAT THIS PHONE CALL IS BEING RECORDED, SO I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU, DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES & CONTINUE TO CALL ME, ALTHOUGH I HAVE TOLD YOU TO REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST, AND, I AM NOT THE PERSON, NOR DO I KNOW THE PERSON THAT YOU KEEP CALLING ME ABOUT!  SO NOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TALK, YOU ARE BEING RECORDED.  They decide to apologize & hangup.  I just feel like Julia Sugarbaker on Designing Women when I make my speech, and hang up laughing at them.  They don't want to be recorded.

I LOVE THIS!! RIGHT ON! I can hear Julia on this one,too . in fact, i'm going to use this one when these slobs call me again in my best Julia voice.

Its a debt collection company calling on past credit card debt. With premier bank

Receive calls from 1-201 210-5436 (Weehawken, NJ) answer they hang up!!! Frustrating!! I have now blocked this call!!!!
