They call at least 3 times a week to my residence. we are not a business! normally we're not home anyway and they typically do not leave a message until TODAY. The message of the day was: on and on until the break of dawn. good grief! is that a sign? are they just going to keep calling? do any of those other tactics work for getting them to leave you alone?
Called and asked for owner or opeartions manager said not in, can I take a message, started talking about lowering processing fee, told them not interested and hung up. I have noticied something over the last two weeks are business phone was very quiet ( no annoying telemarkters calling) until this week, so I am figure they must all be getting hungry since its the end/beginning of the month. Has anyone else noticed this?
This is a terrible business supposedly trying to solicit business customers for their credit card processing service but they usually say nothing - just hang up. They have been harassing me with calls for several years in spite of my sending a letter to the president of the company requesting they cease all calls to my phone number. I don't understand where they profit from making life miserable for so many people but they are a very big business with call offices around the U.S. Some evil people just know how to make money off the misery of others.
Called my office and asked for the "owner." I said that we weren't interested and to please remove our name from their list...but it didn't even phase the lady on the phone who again asked for the owner again. Let's just say she got a phone slammed in her ear. How aggravating!
Ok I also rec'd a rude call from crescent processing Ctr, then i was hung up on. 1st call Mike Nelsen he's the head of the do not call center for crescent, 1877-233 3376, ext. 8600 he'll supposedly get your phone # removed from the call center (let's see if he actually does!).
You can also call the customer service number to speak to a live person at 1800-618-4428. Complain here at this number also.
I got these phone #'s from the actual bank in the above posts, after i called them, the 1st rep couldn't help me, then i asked to speak to her supervisor.....after explaining what happened she finally was able to get a live person from crescent processing to talk with me. 1st she didn't wanna, so I told her Crescent wasted my time, now i'll be happy to waste yours, then she proceded to help me.
Call them anytime, they don't mind wasting our time, now you have the numbers to waste theirs!
these guys are complete idiots, when he contacted us, we asked if he was a member of the BBB, his reply was "I think." we then contacted the BBB who told us that this company has a D- rating with at least 132 complaints. I highly reccomend that you do not do any kind of business with these idiots. It is just a scam. They say that they are out of Dallas and are selling credit card machines.
