Called and left a message. They said somethings about treasury

They asked for my mother and said they were from US Treasury.  I told them not to call again and that they were not who they say they are.  They hung up

They left a message at my parents house I return the call when I asked them are they at the US Treasury they hang out four times in a row

Got a call from a Dennis Quaid who said something about avoiding a warrant from the US Treasury. Seems with all these calls someone ought to put a stop to it!

Same story at my house.. Some guy named I think, dennis grey or something? Us treasury, blah blah [***]! enforcement  action my ass! He advises I call or it's a federal criminal charge... It's a bunch of crap!

IRS Scam:

The IRS does not need to sue anyone.  They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office.  Several of them.  Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for.  Again delivered by the Post Office.  Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own.  If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge?  They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given.

also got a call - caller id said AARP, sounded like Dennis Quaid with an Indian accent...about a warrant if we didn't call it back...ugh

this call seemed to follow a few calls from Penn Credit that went unanswered Not sure if its their way of checking number ?
